What we collect
Sermon drafts, series, and worship notes are stored in this browser. If you sign in, sermons may sync to our database (Supabase when configured; cloud sync may be paused). Idea suggestions are local templates, not live AI unless a later owner-approved provider is disclosed. Hosting logs may include IP, browser, and timestamps. We do not sell personal information and do not run advertising SDKs.
How we use information
To keep your drafting workspace and, if signed in, sync when the backend is live. Where EU/UK law applies, MackSims LLC is the controller. Lawful bases: the service you request, legitimate interests (security), and consent for optional sign-in.
Cookies and Do Not Track
Essential local storage and session cookies. No advertising cookies. We do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track because we do not run third-party ads.
Your controls
Clear site storage to delete local drafts. Email privacy@macksims.com with subject “Privacy Request” for access, correction, deletion, or other rights (GDPR/UK GDPR and California-style requests). Appeal denials with subject “Privacy Appeal.” macksims.com/account-deletion.
Children
Sermon Studio is for ages 13 and up. It is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information.
Store labels, retention, security
Apple/Google privacy forms should match this notice. United States hosting. Logs typically about 90 days. Verified cloud deletion aims for 30 days live / about 90 days backups. HTTPS. Breach notice as required by Florida and other law.
